This connection grants us access to valuable industry expertise, including the A.G.A. Group Consultancy’s support in ecological surveying, land management, and water quality analysis.
Our projects often overlap, allowing us to leverage collective experience across multiple disciplines. Additionally, we operate a ten-acre aquatic nursery, ensuring the highest quality plants and materials for every project.
Our story
Founded in 1999 by Ash Girdler, a Chartered Biologist, Chartered Environmentalist, and Fellow of the Institute of Fisheries Management, A.G.A. Group has built a strong reputation in ecological consultancy and bioengineering. Specialising in conservation, restoration, and enhancement of natural environments – especially ponds, lakes, and rivers – the group has grown steadily over the years.
In 2012, Ash’s son Jake Girdler joined the business, bringing his passion for engineering and project management to the forefront. Under his leadership, the company expanded its expertise in design and construction.
By 2021, A.G.A. Group Enviro-Fix Limited and A.G.A. Group Consultancy Limited employed a dedicated team of fifteen full-time staff, working from a ten-acre commercial nursery & offices in Norfolk.
